At Ora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn fashion items. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an exchange or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed return packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return labels provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
